I’ve been mostly vegan, partly vegetarian for around two weeks now. Overall it’s been a very positive experience. There’s so much vegan food in the shops this year that veganism no longer feels like an extreme diet.

I’m still using too much processed food, but I’m much more mindful about what I’m eating. So this is an improvement. This is a lifestyle that I want to maintain. I’ll have to start being thoughtful about crucial nutrients such as Vitamin B12 and calcium.
